Hi Justin,

We're picking up the Jobber-style Contractor+ video project. I've gone through the session history and package. We're reusing PromptLab's earlier Jobber teardown and checking the recovered originals against the lessons from our own video work before new generation.

My proposed first step is one strong Rands pilot, around 30 seconds, with square and vertical versions. Once the footage, voice, graphics and sound work together, we can use that as the basis for the wider series.

A few things to settle before production:

1. Is Rands still the right first story, and which customer stories should follow it? What are the priority placements and target review date?
2. The core package includes the logos and production scripts, but the separate video beats, 12 Veo plates, voice tracks and word timings listed in its index aren't in the ZIP. Could you share those source files, any higher-resolution or newer vertical Rands footage, and a current product screen recording? We have the 720p testimonial and the assembled edits. Please flag any branding changes since August.
3. For the 350% growth claim, could you send the supporting figures and date range, and confirm whether they measure total Rands revenue or activity through Contractor+? Also, is Scott/Rands cleared for reuse in these paid ads, and who should approve the story? We can build around his actual testimonial if the number isn't suitable.
4. What is the current offer and landing-page URL for the final call to action? Please flag any feature or claim changes since the August material.
5. What production budget ceiling should we plan against for the pilot, including any new footage and generation? I'm carrying forward your preference for high-quality generation and ElevenLabs narration, with a fresh voice test at its natural pace before the full cut.

The immediate goal is to get one proof sequence right before scaling the work: consistent footage, properly composed animated type, natural voice and an intentional sound mix.
