The whole project.
One place.
All five original inputs, the first Rands story and three new website-led product concepts: what we learned, what we made, what changed, and every useful link.

New stories. Current product.
Six additional 30-second cuts pair genuine recorded Rands speech with actual Contractor+ website imagery and clearly labeled fictional review examples.

Client portal · square + vertical ↗The new cuts intentionally use the original testimonial recording at natural speed. The three fictional cards say “ILLUSTRATIVE REVIEW” and “Fictional business scenario”; none is attributed to a real speaker or reviewer. The original pair and all prior evidence remain below.
The original Rands pair.
The first customer-story concept: real Rands people and field work, illustrative notes/review, visible photo evidence and a complete four-second ending.
Chapters control the square video. Each player also has its own playback controls.
All the files Justin sent.
We recovered and checked every named item. “Final” in the old filename describes an export, not an accepted result.

The campaign strategy, scripts, brand assets and older edits. The separate plates, voice sources, and beat files promised by its index were not all present.
Understand first. Then build.
- 01
Recovered the complete context
Read the Gmail brief, full reconstructed history, nine strategy documents and six production scripts. Checked the archive against what its index claimed.
Creative context ↗ - 02
Compared the actual media
Probed all versions, transcribed the five video files locally, and reviewed timed frames. Kept image observation separate from claims about sound or uninterrupted motion.
Native visual review ↗ - 03
Applied earlier video lessons
Carried forward 12 checks from PromptLab, Tarot motion, Rogowo, Stół, Memoirs and OSHA4US: source identity, framing, typography, natural audio, continuity and actual delivery review.
Lessons audit ↗ - 04
Exercised our existing tools
Ran PromptLab extraction/adapters and Reverse Prompter parsing/validation, with preserved baselines and explicit source observations. Recorded which model-driven paths did not run.
Tool execution and limits ↗ - 05
Preserved the educational case
Kept unsupported quotes, experience claims and conflicting drafts. Linked raw evidence, creative additions, critiques and revisions in 18 structured cases.
Educational case study ↗ - 06
Built the original pair, then three more concepts
Created the first editable 30-second story, music/cue stems and two MP4s. Added six website-led exports with actual product captures, genuine Rands speech, source EDLs and separate fictional review examples.
Editable production project ↗
Fixed, worked around, still open.
The workflow problems did not prevent the review cuts. That does not mean every shared tool defect has been repaired.
| Issue we found | What we did | Current status |
|---|---|---|
| Conflicting experience claims and unsupported quotations | Preserved originals and annotations. Current cut says combined crew experience. The growth, complaint, readings and review remain as educational examples with distinct origins. | Preservation complete Underlying claim/source gaps stay visible. |
| Wrong aspect-ratio assumptions and destructive portrait cropping | Used measured source geometry and separately composed square/vertical layouts, preserving landscape footage context. | Addressed in these cuts |
| “Photos attached” without visible photo evidence | Added an actual source-work image inside each illustrative notes panel. Added a labeled official Contractor+ product example to the close. | Addressed in both formats |
| Review/logo overlap and a short ending | Cleared the review before the closing card. Complete CTA holds from 26 to 30 seconds in both exports. | Verified in exported frames |
| New draft lines beyond the original story | Independent proof review caught a ceiling-damage line and a “before touching the unit” timing claim. Corrected the new draft and retained its first-pass evidence. | Corrected before export |
| Model-routing, default-prompt and lost-baseline defects | Used explicit local settings, unchanged structural contracts and preserved comparison inputs. Avoided affected default render loops. | Worked around; shared bugs open |
| Missing source layers and current product evidence | The three new concepts use fresh official website captures, product images, logo and actual website fonts. The missing client production layers and Rands-specific current product evidence are still requested. | Current website captured Client originals still requested. |
| Narration and sound acceptance | The original pair retains temporary F1 narration and DSP music. The six new cuts intentionally use genuine Rands source speech at natural speed. No new narrator or spoken fictional review was generated. | Listening acceptance open Fresh voice remains an option for the original pair. |
Corrections to our own earlier analysis
The attached F1 already had a moving counter, settled before its spoken number; “late counter” was not supported. A Jobber intermediate counter value was not a verified revenue baseline. The Rands original contains two interview representatives. ASR spans crossing quiet intervals do not establish exact audible onsets. Earlier findings remain preserved beside the corrected observations.
Read the complete interpretation and evidenceOur tools. A preserved learning case.
PromptLab + Reverse Prompter
The initial local pass produced 261 representative frames, three audio files, 27 validated historical recipes and 162 prompt-dialect strings. The later scoped pass validated seven optional comparison beats, two fresh visual descriptors/recipes and four adapter strings.
These are recorded extractions and structural checks. They are not proof that a full model-driven reverse-prompting or generation loop succeeded. The new edit uses their source observations; shared routing and baseline bugs remain open.
Educational training examples
The original experience details, growth claim, complaint, technical readings and customer quote were retained as you requested. Each example distinguishes source evidence, client-reported information and authored illustration.
No model training has run. Direct customer-post authorship remains unverified where the original posting is unavailable. Unsupported does not automatically mean false.
Follow a beat back to its source.
The existing PromptLab viewer now opens this actual Rands edit: 16 timeline segments, 25 original source windows, prior observations and preserved recipe references.
Select an exported frame, play that moment in the 30-second cut, then play the original Rands footage used for it. The source/edit map, EDL and evidence links show how the earlier PromptLab work feeds this production.
This is an interactive review timeline. Clip/layout edits still live in the linked local renderer and timeline. No new model-driven reconstruction, automatic generation or global tool repair is implied. The original v1 record stays unchanged alongside three separate website-cut imports.
The review cuts are built.
The campaign is unfinished.
Eight review exports are built. The new six use genuine source speech; listening, uninterrupted performance review, campaign decisions and client acceptance remain open.
An optional fresh voice for the original pair
The original 66-word / 401-character candidate is quoted at 1.35 credits for one ElevenLabs take. A voice and the quoted spend still need approval if that earlier concept is re-voiced. The six new website cuts deliberately use the original Rands recording.
Case-specific proof and sound acceptance
Current official product screens and branding are now captured for the three new themes. Rands-specific account/workflow proof still needs the client’s material where required. Review the mixes by listening, then assess uninterrupted motion, performance, pacing and every transition.
Campaign-ready outputs
Apply the agreed offer and destination, complete final visual/sound review, and obtain client acceptance. The August package also called for 4:5; that version is not built, and current placements remain unconfirmed. Add it or another required ratio after the brief is settled. The other customer films—F2–F5 and any further stories—have not been built.
Five answers to finish the brief.
The five questions were sent September 10 at 18:48:36 UTC, followed by the project review links at 21:40 UTC. The inbox check at 22:11 UTC found no reply from Justin. This is a dated snapshot, not inbox monitoring.
- Campaign priority, placement and deadline. Confirm Rands as the first story, the next customers, delivery formats/placements and target review date.
- The missing production files and better footage. Send the separate beats, twelve plates, voice tracks and word timings listed in the old index if available, plus higher-resolution or newer Rands footage and an account-specific Rands workflow recording. Current public website branding and generic product captures are already available.
- Metric, date range, original source and story approval. Supply the figures behind 350%, say whether they measure total revenue or activity through Contractor+, and identify the customer/review source, reuse clearance and story approver. Educational examples remain preserved while their commercial support is resolved.
- The current offer, destination and features. Confirm the final offer and exact landing-page URL, plus any feature or claim changes since August.
- The pilot budget. Set a ceiling covering any new footage, generation and natural ElevenLabs narration, including who authorizes the quoted take.
Everything behind the work.
Current deliverables first. Earlier plans are retained and labeled historical; their old “not produced” status does not describe today’s review cuts.
